Our flexible catering solutions are designed to accommodate events of every caliber, with transparent pricing and clearly outlined service expectations for a seamless, confident booking experience. The Mains Course is best known for our Signature Boutique-Style Full-Service Buffet, and the service level selected at the time of booking is the service you will receive on the day of your event.

Pick - Up

Pickup Service is available in Irwin, PA and is ideal for DIY setup. This option requires no staffing, is fully client-managed, and includes no additional service fees.

Event Catering Full Service

Delivery

Delivery Service is ideal for quick drop-off events and DIY setups, providing delivery-only staffing for a brief handoff. A $45 flat rate applies for local delivery, and all setup is managed by the client.

Catering in Westmoreland

Basic Wire Rack Buffet

Basic Wire Rack Buffet is ideal for self-service events with under 60 guests and includes up to 30 minutes of basic buffet setup. This service is priced at $85, plus the delivery fee and wire rack rental.

Wedding Full Service Catering

Standard Staffed Buffet

Standard Staffed Buffet is ideal for events with 50–70 guests where additional services are desired. This option includes full buffet staffing with setup, ongoing maintenance, and teardown, totaling approximately 2–3 hours of service, with an investment of 20% of the food total or a $300 minimum.

Signature Boutique Style
Full Service Buffet

Signature Boutique Full-Service Buffet is ideal for elevated events designed to truly wow your guests. This premier service includes full-service buffet staffing and signature styling, with extended setup, attentive service, and teardown totaling 4–6 hours. Investment is 30% of the food total or a $550 minimum.

Pick Up - Irwin, PA

Food Bill Total Only

Pick up at our Irwin location at a scheduled time. Idea for clients who prefer to manage their own setup and service. This option is no additional charge and a time can be arranged with the catering manager. 

Delivery

$45 Flat Rate 

Local delivery includes drop-off within our standard service area for a quick handoff delivery. The $45 flat rate is for local delivery only.  For non-local delivery which is delivery outside our local service area is subject to a travel fee based on mileage and delivery time. See serving & packaging details in our FAQs for how food is packaged and presented upon delivery. 

Basic Wire Rack Buffet - Unstaffed

$85 + Delivery + Wire Chaffing Racks

This option includes buffet set up with no staff remaining on site. This service includes setup of wire chaffing racks, sternos, and buffet layout. The client is charged per heat serving rack and keeps the racks. Set up time is 30 minutes.

 

If your order includes more food that can fit on the buffet line at one time, the client must prearrange an approved heat source for back up pans (e.g. hot box, oven on site, warming trays, etc.) or purchase additional chaffing racks. All food must be held at proper time and temperature for safety.

For guest counts over 50-60, we strongly recommend upgrading to a staffed buffet to ensure safe temperature management and a proper food replenishment.

Standard Service Buffet - Expanded Service

20% of Food Total or $300 Minimum

Buffet set up includes using heavy duty metal chaffing serving racks, Full Service Buffet Set Up, Staff Management of food temperatures and replenishes buffet line. The left over food will be packaged for the client after the service.

The required service timeline is 30-60 minutes for buffet set up and the buffet must begin within 30 minutes of guest arrival, 1 hour staff managed buffet service, and then 30-60 minutes for clean up and buffet tear down.

 

This is a 2-3 hour service window and does not include guest table bussing. 

​

Additional fees apply when service time is requested to exceed the included 3 hour window and/or guest count count exceeds 70 guests which requires additional team members and longer buffet service times.

Pittsburgh Boutique Style Catering

Signature Boutique Style Full Service Buffet

30% of Food Total or $550 Minimum

Our most elevated and signature catering experience featuring full styling & hands on service.

The Signature Boutique Style Full Service Buffet includes full event consultation and menu design with styling with our signature boutique aesthetic. This service includes food table floral, a custom menu display, buffet decor & optional enhancements. 

​

The required service timeline is 1-2 hour professional set up, up to 1.5 hours of buffet service, 1 hour clean up and tear down and one round of guest table bussing. 

​

Optional enhancements may include, but are not limited to, individually plated service or thoughtfully designed grazing-table installations curated for cocktail-style and mingling events; hot or cold beverage service; upgraded tableware and serveware; on-site prep kitchen support as required by the menu; carving stations; staffed and served buffet lines; and interactive culinary stations.

This service level may also include plated salads, dinner rolls, and/or soup service. Additional inclusions feature passed hors d’oeuvres, cake cutting, cookie table setup and replenishment, extended or continuous bussing, end-of-night cleanup, and full garbage removal. Late-night offerings or a “second-round” service may also be incorporated to extend the guest experience.
