FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What payment types do you take?

Cash, check, and credit card are accepted. A credit card surcharge applies. All payment instructions are included in the estimate email.

Do you delivery for catering orders?

Yes! Catering orders are available for local delivery at a flat rate of $45. If a Basic Wire Rack Buffet setup is needed, an additional $85 setup fee applies, plus the wire rack rental fee and delivery charge.

How do I secure my date on the calendar?

To reserve your special date, a $52 deposit for catering services is required at the time of booking. Our calendar fills quickly, so we kindly encourage early reservations to ensure we can be part of your unforgettable event.

For corporate events and weddings, a booking deposit of $100 is due to secure your date. 

When is the event final guest count due?

Final guest count is due 7-10 business days before the event. 

How do I order Charcuterie?

We invite you to look at our menus page for charcuterie and grazing table sizes and inclusions. While we do not offer a mobile charcuterie cart, we partner with The Pretty Platter Charcuterie [theprettyplatterpa.com] on mobile carts and custom cups or custom adult lunchables! 

Can I add drinks to my catering orders?

Yes, full-service catering orders may add a drink bar. While we specialize in food catering and offer standard beverage options for full-service events, we also encourage you to connect directly with Tipsy Wheels to create a fully customized drink menu tailored to your event.

Do you do full service catering? What is included?

Full-service catering is our specialty. Every detail is handled with intention, including all disposables, utensils, chafers, sternos, full setup, attentive buffet maintenance, teardown, and cleanup, allowing you to remain fully present with your guests while we manage the experience from beginning to end. This premier service is an investment of 30% of the total or a $550 minimum, whichever is greater. See the Services page for full-service level details.

Is Gratituity included in the charges?

Gratuity is not automatically included in your total. While never expected, a suggested gratuity of 10–15% is appreciated for our staff, especially for larger events. If you feel our team provided exceptional service, your kind gesture means the world. Cash is preferred.

What is The Mains Course Cancellation Policy?

While our kitchen is not allergy-certified, we take every precaution to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Each dietary restriction or allergy is carefully reviewed by our catering manager on a case-by-case basis to ensure the highest level of care and attention.

Can I add on byob mocktail drink bar to my catering orders?

Yes, BYOB mocktails may be added to full-service catering orders. For both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, we highly recommend contacting Tipsy Wheels directly at (724) 309-5924 for a fully customized drink experience.

Do you do custom orders?

We invite you to explore our full à la carte selections to build a menu that best fits your event. While our offerings and curated bundles have been thoughtfully developed, you are welcome to submit a special request—please note that accommodations are not guaranteed, and menu changes or substitutions cannot be promised.

Do you accomodate Food Allergies and/or Special Dietary Restrictions?

When do I pay?

All payment is due on or before the event date at the arrival of the catering team.
