Get to Know Us
I’m a Registered Nurse by trade, with 16 years of experience working in the ICU and ER, and alongside my nursing career I built a family with my husband, Tyler, and his daughter Raylee.
Though she was only six years old when I met her, Raylee quickly became an integral part of this journey and is now proudly part of the TMC Team you’ll be sure to see her at events.
After Tyler and I married in 2020 and welcomed our son in 2021, I made the intentional decision to step back from full-time nursing to pursue my passions for cooking, entertaining, and serving others beyond the hospital walls, creating meaningful, handcrafted experiences rooted in hospitality, care, and connection through The Mains Course.
Hosting has always felt like an extension of my heart—whether I’m setting the table for family, friends, or guests I’ve just met, it’s about creating space for love, laughter, and genuine connection.
As a mother, this business is far more than food on the table—it is the table: the joy, the hustle, the late nights, and the prayers answered along the way. To everyone who has supported us—from ordering meals and sharing kind words to simply cheering us on—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’ve helped us build something truly special, and we are endlessly grateful.
May you continue to be blessed, and may you always be a blessing to others. 💛
