TERMS OF SERVICE

9. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. You agree not to misuse the Website, submit false information, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

10. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All services are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment in full is required prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved electronic payment methods are accepted.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72+ hours before event: Full refund minus processing fees

  • 48–72 hours before event: 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours before event: No refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If an event must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

12. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

At The Mains Course Catering, we take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Our team is trained to handle special requests with care and makes reasonable efforts to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. However, please be advised that our kitchen is not allergen-certified, and food is prepared in an environment that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.

While we strive to accommodate dietary needs when disclosed in advance, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.

By placing an order with The Mains Course Catering, you acknowledge and accept that consuming food prepared in a shared kitchen environment carries inherent risk. The Mains Course Catering, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, illness, injury, or bodily harm resulting from the consumption of our food, whether or not a dietary restriction was disclosed.

You expressly agree to assume all risk and waive any right to legal action, claims, or lawsuits against The Mains Course Catering and its representatives related to food allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions.

  • FDA Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA), 2004

  • Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture – Food Safety Division

  • 21 U.S. Code § 343 – Misbranded Food & Allergen Labeling

For questions or concerns regarding allergies or dietary restrictions, clients are encouraged to contact our catering manager prior to finalizing an order.

All Website content—including text, images, menus, branding, logos, layout, and design—is the exclusive property of The Mains Course and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

14. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy
