Secure your event by paying the $52 deposit.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT: As part of this contract, the caterer requires client to submit a credit card on file. The card will not be charged at this time for the default booking. EVENT CHANGES: After signing of this contract, changes to the event by the client cannot be made, aside from what is previously discussed with the caterer (I.E number of attendees, change to menu or services prior to 7-10 days prior to the event date. If there is a cancellation of the event by the client then 100% of the deposit ($50) and shall be nonrefundable and forfeited to the caterer. If there is a cancellation of the event by the client within 48 hours prior to the event- the entire amount will be due to caterer. TERMS OF PAYMENT: The client will be responsible to pay the caterer for the total amount by the date of the event. All Wedding and Cocktail hours are due the week prior to event. METHODS OF PAYMENT: The caterers accept all methods of payment are as follows: cash, check, or credit card. All credit card transactions aside of $100 Wedding & Corporate down payment will incur a 3.5% surcharge LATE FEES: If payment due by the client is not made within the requirements, there will be a late fee, charge every 30 days equal to the amount of $250.
